Order Status:
- Click on the "My Accounts" tab and log in to view your order status
- If you didn't create an account, you can do so by clicking "Create Account" or during checkout
Shipping Cost:
- Free shipping via USPS and UPS for all orders $79 or more
- Customers pay for shipping on orders $78 and below
C.O.D. and Phone Orders:
- COD is not available at the moment
- You can call to make an order over the phone if you're experiencing trouble on the site
- We'll make you a PayPal invoice and send it over for you to pay, and will ship right after
Order Processing:
- We ship orders in the order they are received
- Occasionally, we receive a large number of orders in a short period of time, so your package may not ship immediately, but we'll work to ship it quickly
- Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday get shipped out on Monday
- Most orders take 12-36 hours to process, pack, and finalize before shipping
- Exact delivery times to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Island, and US Virgin Islands cannot be guaranteed
Delivery and Tracking:
- You'll receive a tracking number via email once the label is printed and ready to ship
- Delivery estimate is 3-5 business days, but factors may vary with carriers

Product Quality:
- We only sell new, genuine products in their original packaging

Warranty:
- We offer a 14-day warranty on motors and batteries only
- We cover complete failure within the first 14 days from the order date
- Manufacturer limited warranty follows after taking care of any imperfections and minor issues

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:
- If the package was lost, stolen, or damaged while being shipped by the carrier, the carrier can assist you with the process of covering back your lost package by making a claim
- Please have all the information pertaining to the package ready so you can inform the carrier agent
Missing Items:
- Customers shall call and make a claim within 12 hours upon delivery in accordance with the tracking number
- After the 12 hours, we're not responsible
- We'll look into our records and pictures taken to see if the shortage happened on our end
- If so, we'll be happy to ship all missing items right away with no hesitation
Shipping Information:
- USPS Priority Mail: Delivery within 2-4 business days + 12-36 hours to process the order
- UPS Ground: 3-5 business days + 12-36 hours to process the order
- All orders require 12-36 hours of processing time before shipping
- Only USPS deliveries will be made on Saturday but not on Sunday
- Exact delivery times to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Island cannot be guaranteed
- Order tracking: Please wait for 24 to 72 hours after your package has been shipped for tracking
